When IQ meets EQ For Every Leader and willing to be leader … There have been a number of reasons of stress, anxiety, depression now a days in a competitive life, where most of the people fighting with themselves without any reasons they have become exasperation & displeasured. While some of the people are enlighted, enthusiastic for whatever the reason or situation may be or may be with whomsoever they are surrounded with. Here I am concerned and kingpin about people working in startups or employees working in Big Corporations. Both are inversely living each other lives. People working in startups as well as employees of big corporations are toiled. Both meet all deadlines and deliver their best. Both are either paid well or unpaid or not recognized due to some of the management reasons. Employees are exhausted or inclined towards management due to fear of facing them and disparage. Moreover due to different shifts and lack of personal life, they are not even able to show or share the sentiments either to Management or Family. That’s where the EQ plays a vital role for the management and startup leaders so this is how EQ helps to manage and understand the underneath team members/employees. IQ will play an important role towards climbing the ladder but EQ will help you to maintain the Top of it. Let us first understand and learn what the terms IQ and EQ. IQ stands for Intelligent Quotient and determines how smart you are from others compared people of the same age. You can get better idea of Intelligence level by assessing ones IQ. EQ stands for Emotional Quotient is a skill required to understand, empathize and negotiate with other people. It also helps to understand other people, what inspires them and work cooperatively with them. People with more IQ will do well, earn more money, will have more complex life as well, but people with more EQ will be happier, initiative, self-confident and they will do well in job as Team or Leader.
